Matthew ThomasI was lucky enough today to receive a call from my lovely Son. He is in Philly, making strides to come home to California. This is a watercolor that I painted just over 3 years ago, it represents his orange hair, love of soccer, and shoulder injury he incurred in a car accident. He is my first child, and a gift that I explained to him today was one of my life's best moments...he thanked me...which meant to me that he was listening.
It is hard to have him so far away, though that is balanced by the pride I have that he has grown into his own, and is successfully making his way in the World...all in all, a Mother's dream fulfilled...I love you Mogy...
