RunningI am still running as often as I can. Work and travel interfer with what has become a comfortable routine for me. I think my favorite part is the scenery and the music...I would not be able to run if not for the brilliance of iTunes.
This is a picture I took of a rose bush I ran by this morning. The smell was sweet and reminded me a bit of pineapple...and I enjoyed listening to my new favorite "Theory of a Deadman"...crazy title...great music...
