Safeway HorseOne on the best things about Sacramento is how it has evolved over the last 10 to 15 years. 20 years ago you were pressed to find an interesting dining spot...not to mention something of interest to the eye. Sunday I went to Safeway as preparation for tomorrow's BSK Festivities. This magnificent horse greets all who enter, and retreat. It reflects one of the many strides Sacramento has made...and is truly a treat for the eyes.
